THF SUMMER CAMP:
This fun-filled week-long camp covers horseback riding, horse safety and horse care. The camp also includes serveral outdoor activities, games and arts and crafts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What should campers bring?:
Riding boots, jeans, tee shirt, sack lunch, and a water bottle. (If the camper doesn't own riding boots, tennis shoes are acceptable; however they MUST be closed-toed.) Long hair should be in a pony tail and sunscreen should be applied liberally prior to camp. Helmets will be provided and must be worn by all campers.

Can I/my family watch my child ride?:
Family and friends are always welcome to come watch campers from designated areas.

How much time will campers spend riding?:
Campers will ride approximately one hour each day (including mounting time). They will also spend time with the horses doing groundwork and grooming. In addition, they will participate in fun crafts, games and art activities.
